Welcome to Coach Andeh (“I”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our AI-powered CV revision platform (“Service”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

1.1. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to analyze and revise curriculum vitae (CVs) or resumes submitted by users.

1.2. The Service provides AI-generated revisions based on the content and structure of the uploaded CV/resume. The quality of the output is directly dependent on the quality, structure, and completeness of the uploaded document.

1.3. The Service does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any form of job placement or career advancement.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, legality, and integrity of any CV or other content uploaded to the platform.

2.2. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

2.3. You understand that the Service is automated and not a human-driven editing or career advisory service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

3.1. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3.2. We do not guarantee that the revised CV will meet your expectations, secure employment, or align with specific formatting or industry requirements unless specifically stated.

3.3. Outputs may vary based on AI processing and cannot be guaranteed to be free from grammatical, contextual, or formatting issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Andeh, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

4.2. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any employment outcome, missed opportunity, rejection, or loss resulting from the use of our Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Company Name] and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

6.1. Due to the digital and automated nature of the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable, even if you are dissatisfied with the output.

6.2. We do not offer refunds or free revisions unless otherwise explicitly offered as part of a promotional or paid tiered service.

7. No Human Oversight Clause

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service may be wholly or partially automated.

• Any human review (if provided) is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

• AI-generated outputs may not reflect the nuanced judgment of human career professionals.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. You retain all rights to the original CV/resume content you upload.

8.2. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and analyze your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.3. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute the output of the Service without attribution or outside the intended use.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we store, process, and protect your information. AI outputs are not shared with third parties unless explicitly stated.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Uganda, at our sole discretion.
